Louis Buckworth, Founder & Managing Partner, Buckworth Capital

Founder & Managing Partner

Louis Buckworth

Louis Buckworth is an investor working across the United Kingdom and the United States, with a background in real estate finance and long experience in luxury residential and development markets.

He is the co-founder of BuckworthZephyr, the partnership between Buckworth Capital and Zephyr X, building a portfolio of care homes in the United Kingdom.

Within BuckworthZephyr, Louis brings investment discipline and sector knowledge to the venture's finance and development.

Prior to his current investment activities, Louis built an extensive career in New York City's luxury real estate development and sales market, serving as Director of Sales at 520 Park Avenue, the tallest residential tower on Manhattan's Upper East Side, as part of the Zeckendorf Development group.

He honed his expertise as a broker with Corcoran and Brown Harris Stevens before founding Buckworth Capital, his own private investment firm. His earlier work includes the finance and development of approximately 1,000,000 square feet of industrial assets across New York and North Carolina through Equator Capital Management.

Louis holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of London.

Solomon Sion

Solomon Sion serves as Director of Operations & Asset Management at Buckworth Capital, where he works alongside the Managing Partner across the firm's investments, asset management, and strategic initiatives.

A significant part of Solomon's work is the integration of technology across the business. He leads the firm's use of AI and automation to support investment research, asset management, and day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining Buckworth Capital, Solomon completed internships with Bloomberg L.P. and LW Hospitality Advisors, gaining experience in financial technology, real estate investment, hospitality advisory, investment analysis, and operational strategy.

Solomon graduated with Honors from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate Development. He also completed coursework at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
